The Lotto Ball scheme has been running since September 2013 and to date (October 2025) we have raised over £25,000 which is added to branch funds monthly.
There are 59 balls in the Lotto. Each week we have 59 members and friends paying £2 for each number. Payment is £8.70 monthly, by standing order. The weekly prize was £75.
Since 6th June the National lottery changed the payout which resulted in two sets of numbers being drawn every Saturday.
We followed the same rules and now, using the two numbers drawn as the bonus balls in Saturday’s Lotto, pay £37.50 to each person holding the same number as the bonus ball. This is usually credited to their bank account within 3 days.
When the scheme is fully subscribed the "profit” of £43 per week is donated to the Halifax Branch of Parkinson’s each month.
Thanks must go to the majority of our friends & members, most of whom, are still contributing over 11 years later.
If you would like the next available bonus number.
